Triple Play Fire LLC handles new fire sprinkler system installation for ground-up commercial construction, tenant-improvement sprinkler modifications — adding and relocating heads and adjusting existing systems when a space changes — and service, repair, and testing for existing systems, fire pumps included.

The work runs across Arizona's commercial building stock — primarily the Phoenix Valley: medical offices, restaurants, warehouses, and retail and office tenant buildouts. The push is commercial work of any size, with a specialty in hospitals, data centers, fire pump systems, and other large commercial projects. The buyers are the people running those projects — general contractors, property managers, and building owners.
