Services
Commercial fire sprinkler, three ways in.
Ground-up construction, an existing space changing tenants, or a system that needs service — if the work is commercial fire sprinkler, it runs through one of these three services.
Service 01
New Fire Sprinkler Installation
Full fire sprinkler system installation for new commercial construction across Arizona, primarily the Phoenix Valley — medical offices, warehouses, restaurants, and retail and office space built from the ground up.
- New sprinkler system installation for ground-up commercial projects
- Work performed from the project plans and scope
- Installation sequenced with the rest of the build schedule
- Finished through inspection sign-off
Service 02
Tenant Improvement & Sprinkler Modifications
When a commercial space changes, the sprinkler layout has to change with it. Triple Play modifies existing systems for tenant buildouts and remodels so the layout matches the new space.
- Adding sprinkler heads for new layouts
- Relocating existing heads for tenant buildouts
- Modifications for remodels and space reconfigurations
- Work scoped from your project details — plans welcome when you have them
Service 03
Service, Repair & Testing
Existing systems need attention between projects. Triple Play Fire services and repairs commercial fire sprinkler systems — fire pump systems included — and performs system testing so the system keeps operating the way it was designed to.
- Service and repair for existing commercial fire sprinkler systems
- Fire pump systems serviced, repaired, and tested
- System testing for sprinkler systems and their components
- For existing buildings — hospitals, data centers, warehouses, offices, medical, and retail
